Executive Committee
The Executive Committee supports the day-to-day administration of the Alberta Rigging Safety Council and helps coordinate Council activities between Board meetings. Its role includes preparing Board meeting agendas, coordinating Board activities, and bringing recommendations forward to the Board.
The Executive Committee does not replace the authority of the Board and does not pass resolutions on behalf of the Society unless specifically authorized by the Board.

Standards Committee
The Alberta Rigging Safety Council (ABRSC) Standards Committee is responsible for developing, reviewing and recommending sound, evidence informed standards, competency frameworks and training requirements that support safe and consistent rigging and hoisting practices.

Membership Committee
The Alberta Rigging Safety Council (ABRSC) Membership Committee is responsible for recruiting and maintaining a strong membership base, ensuring the member value proposition is clear, developing and maintaining member benefits and obligations, ensuring strong member relations, and remaining aware of and sensitive to members’ needs and expectations of the ABRSC.

Promotions Committee
The Alberta Rigging Safety Council (ABRSC) Promotions Committee is responsible for communicating and promoting the work of the ABRSC and its committees, raising awareness of ABRSC's standards, programs and initiatives, and ensuring consistent, accurate and professional external communications on behalf of the ABRSC.
